SUMMARY:SST 305 4-Hour Fall Prevention (Spanish)
DESCRIPTION:The objective of  4 hour class is to teach construction workers how to recognize  and prevent fall hazards at jobsites. This course will cover OSHA’s Subpart.  topics included are  how to identify fall hazards\, Fall Protection systems\, case studies of fall accidents in NYC and how to pevent fall hazards. \n  \nStudents must complete a Quiz and score a 75 percent correct grade in order to receive certificate of completion. \n  \nEl objetivo de esta clase de cuatro horas es enseñar a los trabajadores de la construcción a reconocer y prevenir los riesgos de caídas en las obras. SUMMARY:SAF-102 NYC DOB 40 hour Site Safety
DESCRIPTION:This course is one of the Prerequisites that an applicant must successfully complete before being eligible to apply for a Site Safety Manager Certificate Examination.  In addition\, this course fulfills the training course requirements for Site Safety Coordinator and Construction Superintendent Certification in New York City.  As of January 1\, 2027\, the NYC DOB eliminates the “Competent Person” designation.
