What does a Rigger do? A rigger is a skilled professional responsible for safely lifting, moving, and positioning heavy loads and equipment using specialized gear like cranes, pulleys, and winches. They are an essential part of the Construction Industry. This course is a requirement for an individual who is not employed by a licensed rigger to perform rigging or signaling work in conjunction with the hoisting or lowering of articles on the outside of a building with hoisting equipment.
