This course is one of the Prerequisites that an applicant must successfully complete before being eligible to apply for a Site Safety Manager Certificate Examination.  In addition, this course fulfills the training course requirements for Site Safety Coordinator and Construction Superintendent Certification in New York City.  As of January 1, 2027, the NYC DOB eliminates the "Competent Person" designation. Construction Superintendents must be on-site at all times during active work.  Superintendents are restricted to one primary job site under Local Law 149. This course is 2 weeks VIRTUALLY. DAY 1, Monday, September 14 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 2, Tuesday, September 15 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 3, Wednesday, September 16 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 4, Thursday, September 17 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 5, Friday, September 18 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 6, Monday, September 21 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 7, Tuesday, September 22 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 8, Wednesday, September 23 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 9, Thursday, September 24 from 6pm until 10pm DAY 10, Friday, September 25 from 6pm until 10pm 100% attendance is required! Must pass written Exam by 75% or more to receive Certificate of Completion.
