If you work in NYC you are required to have 40 hour of Site Safety Training. This training consists of OSHA 30 hours for the Construction Industry and an additional 10 hours of NYC DOB Site Safety training which consists of 8 hrs of Fall Prevention and 2 hours of Mental Health awareness.
As of January 1, 2027, all NYC job sites must have a Construction Superintendent present at all times. Don't wait until last minute to prepare for submitting your credentials to obtain a license.
